Mustard making know-how and expertise have been transmitted generation after generation, from Maison Bornier in 1816 to Européenne de Condiments today.

With 26 000 tons produced per year, Européenne de Condiments is the 2nd largest French producer of mustard and exports to more than 60 countries around the world.

An efficient and flexible industrial process

Européenne de Condiments has been investing heavily and regularly in its production facilities in order to modernize and adapt them to the evolutions of consumers requirements, and is proud to have:

  • A manufacturing workshop with automated control system, allowing a wide variety of recipes and innovations in line with consumer trends
  • Two packaging areas with a total of 7 lines, comprising an automated area for high-rotation products and another area for smaller and specific batches.
  • A wide range of packaging, from 100g jars to 25 tons tanks.

EDC is planning to further increase its investments over the next few years with many new facilities and automatization.
