EdC is a SME, fully integrated in the local economic network, and that maintain long-term and trusting relationships with many actors of Burgundy.
EdC has a flat and autonomous organization structure, which enables them to be efficient and flexible while always keeping in mind their customer’s needs.
EdC’s organization is divided into several departments such as supply chain, quality, R&D, marketing, sales, logistics, finance and HR.
The industrial site in Couchey is only dedicated to mustard manufacturing. Mustard can be packaged or delivered in many sizes: sachets of 5g (0.175oz), glasses, jars, buckets, containers, and even tanks for industrial needs.
Moreover, EdC has its own tall computerized warehouse, with a storage capacity of 5,000 pallets in racks and 1,000 mass pallets.
