
In 2006, EdC’s turnover was about €36 million. With 120 employees, EdC is the second largest mustard producer in France with an annual production of 26,000 tons.
EdC‘s activities are diversified and divided according to:
Geographical locations: largely represented in France, EdC also exports in many countries such as European Union, USA, Canada, Japan, Russia, Australia and Africa.
Trade channels: hypermarkets, supermarkets, traditional channels, hard discount stores, food services and industry.
Products: despite a historical focus on mustard, EdC has a diversified portfolio of condiment products such as gherkins, onions, capers, red cabbage, and even vinegar.
Brands: many customers, food retailers and wholesalers throughout the world have placed their trust in EdC to produce goods.
At the same time, EdC sells its own brands: Kühne, Téméraire and Bornier.
