Cooking directions
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C/ 300°F.
2. Chop parsley and onion. Put them in a gratin plate.
3. Brush the topping fish with mustard.
4. Spread the fillets over parsley and onion.
5. Wash and slice tomatoes and spread them over the fish.
6. Baste with white wine and bake for about 20 minutes.
7. Serve immediately with pasta or rice.
