BURGUNDY CRUMBLE

Serves 4

Ingredients:

- 1 can peeled tomatoes or 8 fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup diced bacon
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup slightly salted butter
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons mustard,
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- pepper

astuce !

Children will enjoy this meal if you use ham instead of bacon.

Crumble de Bourgogne

Cooking directions

1. Peel fresh tomatoes or open the tomatoes can. Fry them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add salt and pepper.
2. Prepare the crumble: mix the flour, butter, breadcrumbs, half of the parmesan, bacon and
mustard.
3. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to obtain granular dough.
4. Lay the tomatoes in a gratin plate and add the crumble dough. Grill for 20 minutes.
