Cooking directions
1. Slice tomatoes and lay them on greaseproof paper or foil.
2. Spread mustard over the fillets and lay them on the tomatoes.
3. Cover with tomatoes.
4. Baste with a trickle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
5. Close the foil and bake at 200°C/ 400°F for 25 m inutes.
