Cooking directions
1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 2-inch pieces.
2. Peel and slice thinly the onion.
3. In a pan, brown the onions in the oil.
4. Add the tenderloin and continue cooking at medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add salt and
pepper.
5. Add the water, white wine, mustard and cubes of veal stock.
6. Mix and continue cooking at medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
