Delicious! Serve with a cold tomato sauce.

1- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2- Rinse, dry and chop the parsley.
3- In a Bowl, mix eggs, wholegrain and Dijon mustard together. Pour the light cream, Mozzarella cheese, bacon dices, and parsley chopped. Add salt, pepper and mix.
4- Lightly butter the tart tin and pour the blend into the tin.
5- Bake for 35 minutes. Then, remove the tart from the tin and serve it slightly warm.
