Flan à la moutarde

time 15 min  casserole 35 min

Serve 6

Ingredients :

- 4 eggs,
- 50 cl light cream,
- 100 g mozzarella cheese,
- 100 g bacon dices,
- 80 g Dijon Mustard,
- 1 wholegrain teaspoon,
- 1 small flat parsley bouquet,
- 30 g butter,
- salt

Delicious! Serve with a cold tomato sauce.

 
 
Flan à la moutarde

 

1- Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2- Rinse, dry and chop the parsley.

3- In a Bowl, mix eggs, wholegrain and Dijon mustard together. Pour the light cream, Mozzarella cheese, bacon dices, and parsley chopped. Add salt, pepper and mix.

4- Lightly butter the tart tin and pour the blend into the tin.

5- Bake for 35 minutes. Then, remove the tart from the tin and serve it slightly warm.
